Marketplace Participation Guidelines Spring 2016

  • This is an indoor market.

  • Cost per market day is $45. For those who wish to book for the entire Spring Market Season (16 Saturdays), a discount is offered at $40/market day.

  • To reserve for the Spring Market Season, a deposit of $320 is required. To reserve a market day, the full amount of $45 is required upon booking. Both are non-refundable.

  • Hours of Operation: Saturdays from 9am until 3pm. Vendors may arrive to set up starting at 8am. Teardown does not start before 3pm and must be completed by 4pm.

  • We are currently taking reservations for our Spring Market Season, (February 13-May 28, 2016). We will begin taking reservations for the Summer season starting in April.

  • There are a total of ten (10) spaces available for each market day.

  • One 2’x4’ or 2’x5’ table and two chairs will be provided to each vendor.

  • Power outlets are available if needed.

  • The Big Bang Coffee Roasters Cafe will be open and serving during the marketplace hours.

  • Live music may be present during the market. the schedule will be posted on our online calendar.

  • The Marketplace contains two (2) bathrooms for use by employees and patrons.

  • Sidewalk tables are available (weather permitting).

  • Three basin cleanup sink and mop sink are available for use.

  • Vendors must breakdown and remove materials and trash completely at the end of the day, as evening events are held in the space.

  • Vendors must provide insurance or a signed liability waiver to participate.

  • Vendors are responsible for all health department requirements, tax payments and other regulatory responsibilities for their products and/or services.

  • Vendors may select to participate in some or all of the marketplace weekends. 

  • One (1) “no-show” will be excused. After two (2) no shows, your participation in the market may be cancelled without refund of your deposit.

  • All vendors must complete a vendor application, and be approved for market participation before a table will be reserved.

  • Our goal is to maintain a variety of vendors at the market, and we may not allow multiple vendors in the same category on the same market day.

  • Vendors who violate the rules of the Marketplace or who do not conduct themselves in an appropriate manner while at the market may be given a written warning about their behavior. If the behavior does not improve the vendor’s status with the market may terminated.
