At The Flatz, we believe a building should be more than shelter and a place to store stuff.

We are creating a whole building ecology, where each floor meets a different need of our community: Create, Work, Eat & Hang

Eat @ The Flatz is a planned space for local vendors to establish a brick and mortar presence, grow their business, and eventually move out to open independent storefronts. Members of the community will support each other and business development in the Peekskill downtown.
