We have two beautiful spaces on our third floor of The Flatz at 1008 Main Street in Peekskill ready for rent. The first space is about 265 square feet with a beautiful sunny view of the garden. It’s our quietest office and has a marble fireplace (For decoration only please! No fires!), hardwood floors, 12 foot ceilings and more!
The second space is 850 square feet, 14 high foot ceilings, skylights (for real!), original brick wall, and more. It too is on our third floor and would be perfect for a creative start-up, a studio for artists to share… so many possibilities.
